Salvatore Alfieri, also known as “Sid”, was born on May 12, 1997, in Sicily. A singer-songwriter, writer, and artist, he founded the band Overcoma in 2015 and Renoir in 2019. Studying visual arts at the Academy of Fine Arts in Florence, he published a poetry collection in 2019. As a journalist, he writes for various blogs and webzines. Introspective and eclectic, Alfieri is recognized for his unusual and eccentric style, blending music and visual arts. His creations reflect deep introspection and a multidimensional artistic approach marked by a unique sensitivity. He came to the Bottega Tommaso for a short residency in order to prepare a concert he gave in the street of Cannicatini Bagni with his band Renoir and a guest band The Breachers, as well as a collective exhibition with Eroika Nikolenka, Giuliana d’Agostino, Sara Oddo, Sefora Fichera, Gilberto Chiarenza, Chiara Faticanti and himself.
