Ivars Heinrihsons

Ivars Heinrihsons, born in 1945 in Sabile, Latvia, is a neo-expressionist painter and professor at the Latvian Academy of Fine Arts. Educated at the Academy of Arts in Latvia, he is known for his recurring themes: horses, ballet, pianos, and men in the city. His art expresses the intensity of human experience through dynamic lines and forms.
