Tommaso Nelli, born in Rome in 1973, graduated in Modern History from Worcester College, Oxford, in 1994, and in Comparative Literature from UCL, London, in 1998. He also studied at the Camberwell School of Art. Exhibiting in Italy, Switzerland, London, Istanbul, and New York, he lives and works in Tuscany. Nelli explores the boundary between figurative and abstract art, celebrating life through vibrant colors and an unconventional approach. His artistic philosophy emphasizes the beauty of imperfection. Based in the Tuscan hills, he lives with his wife and children, regularly exhibiting his works.
