From August 15 until the end of the month, Bottega Tommaso presents three artists from Canicattini—Giuseppe Bombaci, Jano Sicura, and Michele Cassarino—each offering distinct yet complementary visions rooted in a shared Sicilian heritage. Bombaci creates intimate “house portraits” as metaphors of identity; Sicura explores organic, nature-inspired forms; and Cassarino acts as a visual archaeologist, transforming recovered fragments into site-specific works. Their encounter gives rise to an exhibition that extends beyond the gallery into the streets of Canicattini Bagni, turning the town into a poetic visual map. Together, they reaffirm art as a living, tangible presence that bridges contemporary expression with deep cultural roots.
